All writing services and editing services packages are customizable and will be constructed to fit your needs.

Every quote is written after a free read of your work by at least one and usually two doctors, and we follow up with a free video or phone conference consultation with you. Contact us to set up an appointment!

    • Heavy Copy Editing, Line Editing (Content and Developmental Writing), 1-3 mpr (mpr = manuscript pages per hour, writing editing speed is variable based on stage/quality of work, and complexity of writing requested

    • APA Reference Editing (in-place), 5-7 mpr (references are edited in place, no additional research on citation material is included)

  • Reference Research
    • Fact-checking in-text and reference verification
    • Alignment of in-text references to bibliographic entries and vice-versa
    • Research to remove subpar source material
    • Statistical analysis of your reference age (historical-to-current content ratio)
    • Completing in-place references (adding DOI or other missing information)
    • Locating additional peer-reviewed material for the literature review or other chapters
  • Figure and Table Creation
    • Graphic design experts will re-create figures from published works in vector format using professional studio software so you don't have to toss an old image you downloaded from the Internet in your dissertation
    • Basic custom maps (advanced cartography may require more geospatial analysis, a separate service)
    • Figures and tables created using a common template for consistency across your document
    • Adaptations or customized creation for original figures
    • Figures and tables are APA 7 captioned and cross-referenced (linked) in your document for easy updating
    • Linked "List of Figures" and "List of Tables" TOC elements created in your document
  • Premium Oral Defense Coaching Package
    • Unlimited editing/proofreading of visual presentation (e.g., PowerPoint) and any handouts
    • Mock Defense exercise included in the package:
      • Two consultants will act as the audience while you present your defense in full, 30 to 45 minutes
      • A one-half-hour (0.5) question and answer period similar to what you will experience during the actual defense; the consultants will have reviewed your dissertation before the presentation and prepared content, literature review, and results/discussion-based questions to prepare you for your oral defense
      • A one-hour (1) review of your performance, with suggestions for improvement
      • "Day-of" coaching support, and preparation

We understand the importance and necessity of confidentiality and provide all of our prospective dissertation help and graduate coaching clients with a Non-Disclosure Agreement immediately upon contact. This ensures that your information and research will never be shared with any third parties, and your consultation with us is completely confidential. All services are provided under a legally binding contract and billed through a registered LLC in Kansas. Payments are made through the secure Stripe gateway, and all clients are provided a secure login to a personal client portal space to manage tasks and files.
